These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the REYES ROXANA online store at reyesroxana.shop and all purchases made through it.

By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Products and orders
We describe garments as accurately as we can, including fabric weight, composition and measurements. Screen colours vary slightly from real fabric. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline it for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limits, and we will refund anything already paid.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Shipping costs are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order is accepted.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The REYES ROXANA name, product photography and site copy belong to REYES ROXANA and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REYES ROXANA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
